The room upgrade upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. The superior junior suite offered ample space. the front desk team was professional and helpful during check-in. the hotel provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the pool.

My request for extra towels took longer than expected. It was a noticeable delay.

the food was fantastic and i was made to feel very special.

The polo lounge rooftop outdoor dining experience had some issues. the lady at the lobby was mute and expressionless (i tried to make polite conversation with her, but got no response). when we arrived, the younger females at the desk were also expressionless. Maybe smiling back is not common courtesy there.

we felt welcome. dining in the grill was a highlight the food was tasty and beautifully presented with detailed descriptions of each dish served

during afternoon tea the scones were unfortunately dry i also thought that the cream was over whipped double cream it should be clotted cream i wrote to the food and beverage manager but i didn't receive a reply
