wonderful upgrade attentive staff
Michelle reached out before my visit to note my preferences. I received a wonderful upgrade upon arrival in honour of my birthday! The suite was sensational and amazing. I had room service, specifically the steak with truffle butter and veggies. It was really good. The staff were very attentive.

room upgrade front desk team excellent service
The room upgrade upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. The superior junior suite offered ample space. the front desk team was professional and helpful during check-in. the hotel provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the pool.
My request for extra towels took longer than expected. It was a noticeable delay.

mute lady expressionless females
the food was fantastic and i was made to feel very special.
The polo lounge rooftop outdoor dining experience had some issues. the lady at the lobby was mute and expressionless (i tried to make polite conversation with her, but got no response). when we arrived, the younger females at the desk were also expressionless. Maybe smiling back is not common courtesy there.

The room had a proper desk that worked for me. i liked the rainfall shower. It really helped me wake up. plus, the gym has three treadmills. those all.

the room, a superior king room, had ample space.
the service felt distant, staff often seemed preoccupied. getting simple requests addressed took longer than i expected. i think more attention should be paid to guest needs.
